Shipping policy

Processing

All orders are normally processed within 1 - 3 days of your purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays. Order processing is separate from the order shipping process. Once your order is processed and delivered to USPS, your tracking number will be generated, and shipping process will begin once you are in the USPS system. You will be notified immediately once your tracking number is created.

Shipping

All items that are in stock will be shipped within 7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. In some cases, the item may be listed on our site as in stock, but due to bulk online purchases, some items may be sold out before inventory is updated within the day’s activities. Therefore, if item is sold out, you will be notified and can decide to keep the order and await the restocking of the item(s), or you can use your credit to purchase another item, or you can get a full refund. If you are waiting for an item to be restocked, we will update you when the item(s) becomes available and when it has shipped.

We ship through USPS/UPS. We ship nationally and are willing to ship internationally (Contact us for information on international shipping). Item(s) shipped internationally will take longer than domestic shipping.

  • Once items leave our headquarters and are in the possession of USPS/UPS, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages.
  • Please be sure to provide CLEAR AND CORRECT address, unit or apartment number, floor, and zip code. 
  • This applies to any local contactless deliveries (We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages after delivery.
  • When the delivery is made, customers will receive a email confirming the delivery.

POAM Clothing Co. offers free local contactless delivery on all orders within a 45 mile radius in the state of Rhode Island. Please be sure to provide the correct spelling of name, address, unit or apartment number, floor, and zip code.
