Thank you for considering/shopping with POAM Clothing Co. We hope that your shopping and experience here is an enjoyable one. Please read through our refunds, exchanges, and shipping policies thoroughly.
Refunds, Exchanges and Returns
- There are NO CASH REFUNDS on any returns.
- Store CREDIT ONLY.
- NO RETURN ON SALES ITEMS. All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
- We DO NOT REFUND or give credit for shipping charges.
- If a credit is given on any return, the credit DOES NOT INCLUDE shipping fees.
- Customer is responsible for returning the item at their own cost for any item returned.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For reference, immediately take a photo of any defective, damaged product, or if you received the wrong product.
- Unused and unworn non-sale items are eligible for an exchange for up to 14 days after receiving the item(s).
- All sales items are final and are not eligible for returns unless the item is defected, or if you received the wrong item.
- We cannot except returns after the 14 days return period.
- Please be mindful of the 14 day return policy when offering your purchase(s) as a gift to best prepare for a possible return.
Condition of Items for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free from body odor or fragrance, and must be found in the same condition as it was when you received it. Refunds or exchanges are not processed until they are received in our headquarters. Once the item(s) have been received in our possession, the item(s) will go through a thorough inspection for approval for a credit. If you have received a damaged or wrong product, please take a photo immediately and forward it to us along with your request.
SPECIAL NOTE: White and light items such as t-shirts, hats, or any garment or accessory should be handled with SPECIAL care to prevent staining or damage after shipping, and as you may need to try any of these items on.
REMINDER
- TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Merchandise must be unused, unworn and unwashed
- Merchandise returned must have all original tags attached, poly bags and packaging included

Once the return process begins, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the returned item(s) is received, you will be notified by email of the approval or denial within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and after inspection. If your return or exchange is approved, please allow 7 to 20 days to process your store credit credit or exchange. Store credits will be credited for the equal amount of the original purchase. Only the dollar amount of the item(s) purchased will be credited. We do not refund shipping costs. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Credit refunds are not transferrable and do not expire.
Split Shipping on Returns
- We offer split shipping for general non damaged or defect returns and exchanges. If any customer decides to exchange an item, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Once the exchange is processed, we will ship the item back to the customer free of charge.
- If an item is being returned due to defect, damage or a wrongly shipped product, we will cover the cost of shipping both ways.

Our policies are firm, please take the time to carefully consider your sizes and all your preferences before you place an order so you will have the best possible outcome when you receive your product.
