The POAM Journey

FOUNDATION (Est. 1993)

POAM (Prospectors On A Mission) was founded in 1993 at the intersection of Hip Hop culture, community, and creative expression. What began as a live Hip Hop movement grew into spaces that uplifted youth, celebrated art, and brought people together.

The Prospector represents the heart of POAM — the pursuit of life’s greatest treasures: faith, purpose, and truth.

MISSION (Local & Global Impact)

POAM’s mission extends beyond clothing. Through local outreach, creative programs, and global missions work, the brand exists to serve people and communities in meaningful ways.

Since 2013, POAM has been active in Haiti through ongoing missions work and humanitarian support. The FOUND Sheep symbolizes restoration — a reminder that what is lost can be found, and that hope still has a place.
